Information we collect
When you start gateway onboarding, we collect the details you choose to submit, which may include your name, business email, company, game or website URL, game category and description of the intended payment flow.
The contact service also receives basic technical request information. We store a one-way hash of the connecting IP address and a shortened user-agent string to help identify abuse and investigate delivery problems. The form does not request player payment data, identity documents or card information.
How the information is used
- Confirm whether the business and payment flow are in scope.
- Start gateway onboarding and request supporting information.
- Configure and deliver the requested payment gateway service.
- Protect the contact route against spam, misuse and security incidents.
- Maintain an operational record of the onboarding conversation.
We do not sell gateway onboarding data or use it for unrelated behavioural advertising.
Storage, access and retention
Contact submissions are stored in Cloudflare-hosted infrastructure used for this website. Access should be limited to people handling gateway onboarding and technical administration. Submission records are normally retained for up to 12 months unless a longer period is needed for an active commercial discussion, legal obligation, dispute or security investigation.
If onboarding proceeds to contracting, the merchant agreement and its privacy terms may govern additional documents and processing.
Sharing
Information may be shared with service providers that host or protect the website, and with prospective payment, acquiring, compliance or technical partners only when needed to evaluate or deliver the requested gateway service. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or a valid authority request.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete website enquiry data, object to further contact, or request information about the submission we hold. Some records may need to be retained where law, security or an ongoing dispute requires it.
